The Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development (MIDR) has exciting news for builders. Four essential construction documents are now available digitally through the Automated Information System for Management and Issuance of Permissive Documents (SIA GEAP).
These documents include the Informative Urbanism Certificate, the Urbanism Certificate for Design, the Construction Authorization, and the Demolition Authorization.
“SIA GEAP simplifies access for citizens and entrepreneurs in the construction field by providing a single digital point of interaction between users and issuing authorities. Thirty-three town halls in Moldova have already connected to the SIA GEAP system. Starting January 1, 2027, all public authorities that issue permissive documents must issue them through SIA GEAP,” explains the MIDR.

The Electronic Governance Agency digitized these four documents at the request of the MIDR to modernize public services and ensure a fast, transparent, and efficient process for all citizens.
