The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the North-Baltic G8 arrived in the Republic of Moldova

Eight foreign ministers from the Nordic-Baltic 8 (NB8) countries—Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden—will visit Chisinau on 15 October.

The meeting, hosted by Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popsoi, will be followed by a press conference with the NB8 foreign ministers.

The NB8 format facilitates regional cooperation on key regional and international issues.

In 2024, Sweden chairs the NB8, having taken over from Latvia in 2023.
