The Serbian Foreign Ministry has demanded explanations from the Moldovan authorities about the entry ban on the famous musician Goran Bregovic. The Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic stated this, the Tanjug Daily reports.
“The Serbian Foreign Ministry requested explanations from the Moldovan Foreign Ministry in connection with the denial of entry to the country to the famous international musician Goran Bregovic… Such a decision does not correspond to the traditionally friendly relations between Serbia and Moldova,” the official said.

The minister added that it was extremely negatively perceived by the Serbian public.
We shall remind you that on Sunday, Goran Bregovic and his band, who were to perform at the closing ceremony of the Guitar music festival, were not allowed to enter Moldova.
The Border Police said that the Serbian singer had been banned from entering Moldova since 2022 and that the organizers of the event had been informed about it in advance.
