40 European officials have confirmed their participation in the European Political Community summit in Moldova, which will take place on June 1.
Among them are French President Emmanuel Macron, Romanian President Klaus Iohannis, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and European Parliament President Roberta Metsola.
It should be noted that Macron is also the initiator of the creation of the European Political Community. It was approved in May 2022 after the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
