Officials said the tariff adjustments aim to maintain a socially oriented approach while ensuring the long-term sustainability of public utility services.

Starting July 1, 2025, residents who fail to pay their utility bills for more than four consecutive months may face full disconnection from electricity services. Authorities will implement disconnections by court order, and reconnection will occur only after full repayment of the debt or a settlement agreement with the provider.
