Gagauzia is an autonomous territorial unit within the Republic of Moldova, located in the southern part of the country. Established in 1994, Gagauzia is home to the Gagauz people, a unique ethnic group with a distinct culture, language, and history. The region is officially known as the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia. Gagauzia has a rich cultural heritage with influences from various civilizations, including the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires. The Gagauz people have preserved their unique traditions, including traditional dances, music, and festivals that showcase their cultural identity.

“Kara-Gani” is a family winery with national character, which is engaged in grape growing and wine production.
