Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatii confirmed that Moldova has sufficient drones for its defense needs. Speaking to journalists, he expressed gratitude to the Lithuanian authorities for donating 100 drones, which will be used to support surveillance missions alongside the Lithuanian National Army.
While Nosatii did not disclose the number of drones Moldova currently has, he emphasized that the country has “enough” and will acquire as many as necessary to ensure citizens’ safety.
Lithuanian Prime Minister’s recent visit to Moldova was followed by the announcement on social media about the drone donation, highlighting the strengthening of military cooperation between the two nations.
