More than 150 companies are presenting innovations aimed at developing and modernizing the food sector at an exhibition hosted by Moldexpo. From Thursday to Sunday, visitors can explore four specialized areas focused on the food, processing, packaging, and storage industries, according to IPN.
The exhibition features four main themes: Food & Drinks, Food Technology, Packaging Depot, and Horeca Expo.
According to the organizers, visitors can explore food industry equipment, technological processing lines, packaging and storage machinery, and integrated solutions for the hospitality industry. The event includes technical demonstrations, professional workshops, thematic presentations, and tasting sessions.

“The exhibition brings together food sector professionals from across the country and abroad – including market leaders, producers, and official distributors,” said Nadezhda Rateseva, Head of the Exhibitions and Marketing Division at Moldexpo, during the opening ceremony.
She added that the exhibition serves as a platform for showcasing trends and establishing long-term partnerships within the industry.

The exhibition is open to the public from May 15 to 17, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and on May 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission is free.
