SIS Releases List of Foreigners Training Shor’s Associates to Organize Destabilization. Links to Wagner Revealed

The Intelligence and Security Service (ISS) published a list of foreign citizens who trained Sor’s associates in Russia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Officers clarified that these individuals went abroad under the guise of the Eurasia organization and received training from people linked to Prigozhin’s organizations: Wagner and the Farm.

“Some individuals underwent advanced training in guerrilla camps held in Bosnia, Herzegovina and Serbia. Most of the training took place from the beginning of September to mid-October,” ISS officials reported.

The training program included studying tactics for national division and destabilizing constitutional order, methods for provoking law enforcement, the use of non-lethal physical weapons and objects, crowd psychology, physical confrontation techniques, and methods for making explosives and handling incendiary drones.

“The type of training provided to the citizens of the Republic of Moldova indicates plans for offensive actions during mass events aimed at creating provocations and panic. They were expected to organize protests and participate in violent, radical, and extremist actions on national territory, particularly during the constitutional referendum and presidential elections,” security officers reported.

Among the coordinators of these actions are foreign citizens Konstantin Goloskokov and Mihail Potepkin. The latter is currently under international sanctions and is known for his involvement in organizing protests in the Republic of Moldova. According to officials from the ISS, he currently belongs to the “Akson” group, where he is responsible for executing malign influences worldwide.
