Voters from ethnic minorities are being informed about the elections in their native languages. The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has prepared materials in Gagauz, Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian, and Romani.
Representatives of ethnic minorities have received the “Voter Guide for the Parliamentary Elections of the Republic of Moldova on September 28, 2025”. This is an informational leaflet presenting essential details about the election.
The brochure contains information on the duties and competencies of participants in the electoral process, categories of persons who can and cannot vote, identity documents required to exercise the right to vote, voting procedures, and steps to follow in case of irregularities.

On election day, informative posters in the languages of Moldova’s ethnic minorities will also be displayed at polling stations.
The versions in Gagauz, Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian, and Romani are available on the official website of the Central Electoral Commission, and their nationwide distribution will be carried out through mobile teams.
Additionally, the CEC has prepared informational leaflets for voters living abroad and for those residing in localities on the left bank of the Dniester.
