Public services for companies in Moldova have reached a 70% digitization rate, allowing entrepreneurs to complete most procedures online — from scheduling and obtaining permissive documents to submitting and receiving files. This shift saves businesses both time and money by eliminating unnecessary trips to public counters.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, out of 407 services dedicated to entrepreneurs, 284 are now accessible digitally.
In the past three months alone, the e-Governance Agency (AGE) has digitized 30 new services, which entrepreneurs can access quickly via the EVO app or servicii.gov.md.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization Doina Nistor stressed that digitization is more than a technological upgrade:
“Each service available online means time saved for entrepreneurs and money saved for companies, which can be invested in business development, not in bureaucracy. Our goal is clear: to build a state that supports and accelerates private initiative, offering simple, fast, and predictable solutions, as happens in advanced European economies.”
The AGE Director Nicoleta Colomeet highlighted the practical benefits:
“We are talking about concrete solutions — from scheduling and obtaining permissive documents to submitting and receiving them in digital format. It means full digitization of these interactions.”
Authorities aim to reach 75% digitization of company services by the end of 2025, which requires bringing another 22 services online. Currently, 15 institutions already offer their services entirely digitally, ensuring faster and more secure access for businesses.
