This autumn, in Chișinău, a fashion presentation will take place using the assistance of artificial intelligence. Within the Moldovan Brands Runway event, 12 local designers, three from Ukraine and Armenia, will showcase their autumn-winter collections. Participants will have the opportunity to experience a visual and auditory journey due to the involvement of artificial intelligence in developing the event’s concept and design.
This year, over 35 designers from Moldova applied to participate in the Moldovan Brands Runway. As a result, the autumn-winter collections of 12 designers were selected by an international jury composed of Iryna Danylevska, Sara Sozzani Maino, Doina Ciobanu, Vahan Khachatryan, Polina Stepanova, Cai Felip, and Daniela Culev.
Beyond the Catwalk:
The program of this autumn edition offers participants not only the premieres of the autumn-winter collections but also the opportunity to attend workshops, admire exhibitions, and shop on-site.
Furthermore, spectators and event participants will have the chance to win prizes and stand out in a street style competition.
Empowering Creativity:
The presentation of the local collections will be held under the DININIMĂ brand and will feature moments created by artificial intelligence: visual elements and sounds generated for the clothing presentation. International speakers will be invited to the workshops to reveal the latest trends in the fashion industry.
Another first for the event will be a digital exhibition, offering participants the opportunity to explore and experience the digital collections of a local and a Ukrainian brand. Additionally, creations from local artisans will be displayed and available for purchase. At the end of the event, a celebratory after-party will highlight innovation in the fashion industry and its success.

The event represents an occasion not only for recognizing and appreciating national designers but also for consumers who, in addition to discovering trends and creations, will be able to purchase many of their favorite outfits. For this edition, the organizers are collaborating with the Ukrainian Fashion Week brand from Kiev. This year’s edition of Moldovan Brands Runway will take place from September 8th to 9th at the Mediacor Center, located at 60 Alexei Mateevici Street in Chișinău.
