Over 20 folk craftsmen from Chisinau will present our Moldovan crafts and traditions to visitors from Iasi, offering an authentic experience. The exhibition will be part of the “Chisinau Days” event in Iasi, Romania. The Chisinau City Hall is organizing it, and it will take place from 27-29 September.
To admire the works of the craftsmen, all those who wish to do so are expected on Saturday, September 28, 2024, on the pedestrian street “Stefan cel Mare si Sfant” in Iasi. And those who want to enjoy good music can come on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 19:30, to a special concert at the Palace of Culture Square, where famous artists such as Marcel and Cornelia Stefanets will take the stage, along with the band Ethnorepublic, and the evening will be closed by Lupii lui Calancea.
The event is part of a four-year series of initiatives organized by Chisinau City Hall in various cities and countries in cooperation with partners and local public administrations. The aim is to celebrate Chisinau’s cultural richness and strengthen links between cities.
