On Sunday, November 3, Promo-LEX observers reported numerous cases of organized transportation of voters. They recorded most of these incidents in Transnistria, but they also noted similar cases at polling stations abroad.
In Hagimus, Causeni, observers recorded at least two instances where a single vehicle repeatedly transported voters to the polling stations. On the Ribnita–Rezina bridge, around 11:00 AM, there was an increased traffic flow, prompting law enforcement to block access routes to register citizens crossing the checkpoint. As a result, several individuals decided to continue their journey on foot.
In Rezina, monitors observed multiple vehicles transporting 4-5 voters to the polling station. The same cars appeared several times, and the monitoring mission noted that some individuals seemed confused, likely participating in the election for the first time and unaware of the location of the electoral office.
