Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, will begin recruiting pilots and flight attendants in the Republic of Moldova starting January 2025, according to bani.md.
Wizz Air representative Andras Rado confirmed that the recruitment drive is part of the company’s regional expansion strategy and aims to attract top-quality staff.
Flight attendants can expect to earn approximately €1,000 per month, while pilots will receive competitive salaries. Official data reveals that a captain can earn up to €81,000 annually, while a first officer can earn up to €26,000 yearly.

In addition to recruitment, Wizz Air announced three new flights from Chisinau International Airport to Barcelona (Spain), Larnaca (Cyprus), and Wroclaw (Poland). The company will also expand its Chisinau operational base by adding another Airbus A320.
