The Embassy of Moldova in Israel Issues Alert on Wildfire and Khamsin Storm

The Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in the State of Israel has issued a warning to Moldovan citizens regarding a wildfire in the Jerusalem area, which led to the temporary closure of Road 1 (Tel Aviv–Jerusalem) and may cause significant traffic disruptions.

Simultaneously, Israeli authorities have warned of an approaching Khamsin storm, marked by extremely high temperatures, strong winds, and atmospheric dust.

In this context, authorities advise the public to avoid non-essential travel, stay properly hydrated, and closely follow official guidance and safety instructions.
