Prime Minister Dorin Recean met with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, Yan Wenbin, who is concluding his diplomatic mission to the Republic of Moldova.
The Prime Minister expressed gratitude for China’s continued support and emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relations and exploring future development opportunities.
“In recent years, the collaboration between the Republic of Moldova and China has expanded, creating opportunities in key sectors such as renewable energy, agriculture, and industrial equipment production. We are confident that this cooperation will continue to grow for the benefit of both countries,” stated Recean.

The discussion also highlighted the intensified economic cooperation and China’s support for development projects in Moldova. Ambassador Yan Wenbin has served in Moldova since December 2021.
