On September 28, 2025, citizens of Moldova will vote to elect Parliament. Voters must present an identity document to express their choice individually.

Election operators will verify each voter in the database and direct them to the Electoral Bureau members, who will either locate them in the main list or include them in the supplementary list and issue a ballot. Voters sign the electoral list next to their name upon receiving the ballot. Those voting outside their designated polling station must present a certificate of voting rights.

Voting at the current location is allowed for detainees, unregistered individuals, patients in hospitals or sanatoriums, diaspora voters, residents of the left bank of the Dniester, students away from home, military personnel, and electoral officials. Voters must present an identity card or provisional document; citizens abroad may use a passport, even if expired.

Voters enter booths individually and place the stamp on the ballot. Taking photos or publicly showing the vote is prohibited. Ballots marked for multiple candidates are invalid. Voters needing assistance may request help from another person, excluding electoral officials or candidate representatives.

Polling stations will operate from 7:00 to 21:00, with extensions of up to two hours in case of long queues. Station heads must record significant events and incidents in the Electoral Bureau activity report and official protocols.
