Fugitive convict Ilan Shor aims to bring pro-Moscow parties to power in the Republic of Moldova, a move that would trigger early parliamentary elections in the coming months. Sources from the “Pobeda” bloc released an audio message in which Shor outlines his plans to his supporters.

In the recording, Shor admits that his team does not have a candidate in the current parliamentary election, so they will need to resort to “tricks.”

“During this campaign, we will have to use tricks to trigger early parliamentary elections in three to four months, but with different judges, a fair Central Electoral Commission, and involvement in cases where we can exert influence,” he said.

He urged his supporters to stay mobilized, claiming that the actions of the past months “have unfolded according to plan.”

“Dear colleagues, I urge you all to mobilize. Today, we need the results we want. Our main result will come in three months when we hold early elections. And we will have early elections—I guarantee it,” Shor added.

He further encouraged activists to commit fully to his plan: “I ask you to make every effort to give me the opportunity to trigger early elections in three to six months. I know how to do it, and I guarantee it.”

According to the sources, Shor’s plans demonstrate his obsession with returning to power at any cost, even if it plunges Moldova into a political crisis and forces early elections. The convicted criminal proposes no solutions for citizens, focusing solely on scenarios that consolidate his influence through parties and forces loyal to him and Moscow. Rather than promoting stability and development, Shor appears intent on sowing chaos and manipulating state institutions for his own ends.
