Several young people, including some from the left bank of the Nistru, reportedly joined a recruitment effort through the Telegram network. Sources from Tiraspol told IPN’s correspondent in the Transnistrian region that organizers summoned these youths today at 12:00 in front of the “Guguta” café in Chisinau. The organizers called them to take part in a “Patriotic Forces” march and in the filming of a social spot, promising a payment of $300.

Organizers instructed the participants to bring ID documents, power banks, and phone chargers, and they also mentioned the possibility of staying overnight.

Regional sources said that coordinators connected to the Russian Federation continue mobilizing youth from both banks of the Nistru to join the protest that the Patriotic Bloc will organize on Monday, the day after the elections.

Participants will wear colored ribbons tied around their arms to recognize each other and display group affiliation. Organizers expect the groups to gather around 100 people in total and plan to make payments either in cash or cryptocurrency.
