Moldovan wrestler Alexandra Moisei made a winning start at the U-20 World Wrestling Championships, currently taking place in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Competing in the 68 kg weight category, Moisei defeated Brazil’s Mayara Neper Oliveira Santos 4-1 in her opening bout.
In the round of 16, the Moldovan wrestler will face Russian athlete Evangeliia Berezhnova, according to representatives of the Republican Sports School.
