World Happiness Report 2022. Where did the Republic of Moldova rank?

The World Happiness Report 2022 has published the list of countries where people are the happiest.

According to the report, the Republic of Moldova is placed 62nd place in the top, followed by Jamaica, Kyrgyzstan, and Belarus. The neighboring country, Romania, came in 28th place, and Ukraine – in 898th place.

Finland remains the leader in the happiness of citizens, followed by Denmark, and in third place is Iceland, which took the place of Switzerland, which fell to fourth place. The Top 5 is completed by the Netherlands.

The quality of life of people in each country is rated according to the gross domestic product per capita, healthy life expectancy, generosity, social support, freedom to make choices for oneself, and the perception of corruption in each country.
