Vasile Alecsandri and Alexandr Puşkin streets in the Capital are blocked by demonstrators, the law enforcement officers announce. Meanwhile, the traffic lane in Chisinau and Stăuceni was unblocked.
In the center of the Capital there are altercations. The protesters are trying to force the police cordon, according to the General Police Inspectorate, and reach the Executive.
Protesters chant “Down with the dictatorship” and “Down with Maia Sandu”. Several lines of armed officers have formed around them, which are trying to be broken by the protesters.
The protest in the center of the Capital is organized by the “Movement for the People”. They demand the resignation of the Government and the payment of the population’s bills by the authorities.
