The first stage of the national motocross championship took place in the Republic of Moldova. In the new season, the development of Moldovan motorsport has been joined by the international brand Triumph Motorcycles, which provided support to the riders.
The competition was marked by difficult weather and technical conditions, including dust and deep ruts on the track. Despite tough competition, representatives of VMG TEAM stated that they have reached a fundamentally new level of preparation and transitioned to higher professional standards.
The winner in the strongest class of the tournament, MX OPEN, was rider Mikhail Golovichkin. According to the team, the athlete demonstrated composure, smart line selection, and a high level of bike control, which allowed him to take first place on the podium.
VMG TEAM emphasized that this result is the outcome of systematic work, strict discipline, and continuous training. The partnership with Triumph is seen by the team as a strategic step toward introducing new technologies and philosophy into national motorsport.
