Are you planning to vote in Romania? Here is the list of polling stations that will be open for the presidential elections and the referendum

The authorities in the Republic of Moldova will open 16 polling stations across Romania for the presidential elections and the constitutional republican referendum. Moldovan citizens living in Romania can vote with a valid ID card, a valid passport, or even an expired passport.

• Timisoara (Ion Vidu National Art College – Cluj St. no. 12)
• Craiova (University of Craiova – A. I. Cuza St. no. 13)
• Oradea (Partenie Cosma Economic College – Armatei Romane St., no. 1F, Building A)
• Iasi (Student Cultural Center – Vasile Conta St. no. 30; Gheorghe Asachi Primary School – Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd. no. 64)

Polling stations will open at 7:00 AM, and voters from the diaspora can cast their ballots until 9:00 PM.

A total of 2,221 polling stations will be available for the presidential elections and the referendum on European integration, with 234 set up across 37 countries. Italy will have the most, with 60 polling stations. Germany will host 26, and France will have 20. In the United States, Moldovan citizens can vote at 16 locations. The presidential elections are being held on the same day as the constitutional referendum regarding our country’s accession to the EU. Citizens will be asked: “Do you support amending the Constitution for the Republic of Moldova to join the European Union?” Voters will have the option to respond with either “YES” or “NO.”
