Dan Perciun: “An App Better Than Duolingo.” Students Will Learn English Using the Langly Platform

The Ministry of Education and Research, in partnership with Langly Oxford English and the Future Technologies Project, has launched a pilot project to use the Langly educational platform for English teaching. Nearly 5,000 fifth and sixth-grade students, guided by 200 teachers, will benefit from this innovative initiative starting from the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year.

The initiative is part of the Ministry of Education’s strategy to modernize education by allowing students to develop key future skills and gain easier access to educational and professional opportunities.

“Mastering the English language is essential for connecting Moldova’s youth to global opportunities. This project will modernize the educational process, contributing to future-ready skills development,” stated Minister of Education Dan Perciun while signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the partners.
