Former PAS MP Victor Spinu has taken office as Deputy Director of the Public Services Agency (ASP). Victor Spinu confirmed the information to the REALITATEA press group and said he has held the position since December 22, 2025.
Victor Spinu served as a PAS member of parliament in the 11th legislature from 2021 to 2025. Before entering Parliament, he worked in the information and communication technologies sector. In 2015, he founded Leadgen SRL, a company specializing in IT consultancy. He also worked with the PAS communication team and served as first vice president of the PAS Youth organization. Victor Spinu graduated from Moldova State University.
In June 2025, media investigations mentioned his name in connection with the purchase of a property declared at 60000 euros, financed from personal savings and wedding donations.
