Moldovan citizens in Israel can exchange their Moldovan driver’s licenses without taking any tests. According to representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), the agreement came into effect on Sunday, October 27.
“Moldovan citizens residing in the State of Israel can exchange their Moldovan driver’s licenses for categories A, A1, A2, and B without taking theoretical or practical tests. The authority that issued the driver’s license will return the exchanged license,” the MFA reports.
