Holland will continue to help Moldova on its European path, supporting the consolidation of democratic institutions and economic development. It was assured by the new Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Caspar Veldkamp, during a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popsoi held in the Moldovan capital.
During the meeting, Mihai Popsoi congratulated Caspar Veldkamp on his appointment as minister. The officials discussed the continuation of close cooperation between Moldova and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
“We agreed to intensify joint efforts to consolidate bilateral relations and develop projects of common interest for both countries,” Mihai Popsoi said.
The Dutch Foreign Minister and Defense Minister were passing through Moldova after a visit to Ukraine.
