Delegations of rescuers and firefighters arrived in Moldova to participate in international exercises within the framework of the EURO MED REACT project, which will be held from July 12 to 13.
In total, 147 representatives of rescue teams from Romania, Ukraine, Poland, Latvia, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic arrived in Moldova. For 36 hours in day and night conditions, they will eliminate the consequences of a simulated disaster (fires, chemical accidents, accidents with numerous victims, etc.).

The exercises will be held in the village of Rezeny, Ialoveni district, with the financial support of the European Union, which is aimed at joining Moldova and Ukraine to the EU civil protection mechanism.
