The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, began her visit to the World Economic Forum in Davos with a meeting with the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel.
The interlocutors discussed the security in our region, marked by war, the support that the Republic of Moldova needs in the context of the energy crisis, as well as the cooperation between the two countries to advance Moldova’s European integration agenda.

“I thanked Prime Minister Bettel for the support offered in the humanitarian and defense fields and for supporting our European journey,” said President Maia Sandu.
At the same time, the head of state reiterated the invitation addressed to the Luxembourg Prime Minister to come to Chisinau on June 1, at the meeting of the European Political Community.
