Presidential adviser Mihaela Fedoseev has been appointed head of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu.
A decree confirming the appointment was signed by President Sandu on Monday, October 5, 2026.
Fedoseev previously served as a presidential adviser responsible for inter-institutional coordination and organizational processes. She also worked as a consultant within the Presidential Administration, where she was responsible for planning and coordinating state visits, meetings and public appearances involving the head of state.
In 2023, Fedoseev served as an adviser to then-Foreign Minister Nicu Popescu and was responsible for organizing the European Political Community Summit.
In June 2023, President Maia Sandu awarded Mihaela Fedoseev the Medal “Civic Merit.”
