Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Nicu Popescu met with the Ambassador of Morocco to our country with residence in Bucharest Hassan Abuyub. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova.
The head of the diplomacy of the Republic of Moldova, Nicu Popescu, noted that the sphere of interest of both states is to build up trade relations and expand and deepen the legal framework in the economic sphere. In this regard, an agreement was reached on the dynamization of the diplomatic dialogue and the intensification of contacts at the working level.
“To strengthen these relations, an agreement was reached on the organization of economic forums between the two countries.
The Moldovan-Moroccan bilateral dialogue has developed and intensified based on friendly relations between the two countries and thanks to the membership of both states in the French-speaking area. Our relations are based on democratic values, peace, and respect for international law”, Popescu said.
