Lithuania delivered one hundred FPV drones to Moldova to strengthen airspace surveillance and enhance national security, IPN reported.
Lithuanian Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas announced during a joint press conference in Chisinau with his Moldovan counterpart, Dorin Recean.
“Our countries enjoy excellent bilateral relations. We are friends not only in words but also in actions. We continue cooperating to strengthen resilience and energy security and share expertise to support Moldova’s European integration,” said the Lithuanian official.

He also reaffirmed Lithuania’s strong support for Moldova’s EU aspirations. He confirmed its readiness to provide expertise and technical assistance to help Moldova implement reforms and become a member of the European Union.
During the same visit, Prime Minister Dorin Recean and his Lithuanian counterpart, Gintautas Paluckas, marked a symbolic gesture of friendship and partnership by planting an oak sapling at the Botanical Garden in Chisinau during the Lithuanian leader’s official visit to Moldova.
The sapling belongs to the Stelmuze species and is a clone of the oldest tree in Lithuania — a living emblem of endurance and history.
