The Moldovan government will discuss a cooperation agreement with the Bulgarian government. At the last meeting, members of the Commission for Foreign Policy and European Integration approved a relevant advisory opinion.
The document is aimed at consolidating bilateral relations between the two states. Moldova will cooperate with Bulgaria in several fields: trade and economy, enhancing the efficiency of resource utilization and reducing the energy vulnerability, employment as well as social policy, internal affairs, etc.
The agreement stipulates that goods and services purchased or imported to Moldova within the implementation of assistance programs and projects will be exempted from taxes and fees applied by national legislation.
The agreement is concluded for an unlimited term.
Currently, the Republic of Moldova has concluded similar agreements with the governments of the Czech Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, and the Kingdom of Sweden.
