The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) reviewed reports and information regarding the financing of the electoral campaigns for the October 20, 2024, referendum as of October 14, 2024.
CEC issued a formal warning to the REVIVAL Political Party, requiring the party to submit a corrected campaign financing report by October 25, 2024, at 17:00.
The HOME National Reunification Party and Democracy at Home Political Party also received warnings for failing to submit information on whether they had opened an “Electoral Fund” account.
The “PEOPLE’S WILL” Political Party received a warning for submitting its financial management report after the deadline.
The CEC warned the Party of Communists of Moldova for using financial resources without the required preliminary declaration to the Commission.
