Moldovan parliament’s delegation participates in the Winter Meeting of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly: which issues will be discussed?

A Moldovan parliamentary delegation is currently participating in the 23rd Winter Meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA), taking place in Vienna, Austria, from February 22nd to 23rd.

The delegation comprises Veronica Rosca and Gheorghe Ichim, representing Moldova’s parliament.

The Winter Meeting commenced with addresses from distinguished figures including President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Pia Kauma, President of the National Council of Austria’s Parliament Wolfgang Sobotka, as well as notable figures such as the OSCE chairman-in-office, Minister for Foreign and European Affairs and Trade of Malta Ian Borg, and OSCE Secretary General Helga Maria Schmid.

The focal point of the general discussion during this winter meeting is “European Security Today and Tomorrow: Parliamentary Perspectives on the Future of the OSCE.”
