The multinational exercise “Fire Shield – 2024” is held August 5-23 at the military training grounds of the National Army.
The Defense Ministry stated that the exercises involving Moldovan, Romanian, and American military personnel aim to develop operational capabilities and increase the interoperability of the participating forces.
The exercise will use military equipment units and artillery systems from the National Army.

“Fire Shield” is held according to the National Army’s training plan for 2024, organized annually since 2015.
