New Ministers Designated for Key Ministries in Moldova: Efros, Spânu, and Perciun

The authorities have released the list of designated ministers. Dan Perciun will serve as the Minister of Education and Research, Andrei Spînu will be the Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, and Adrian Efros will assume the position of Minister of Internal Affairs, as reported by MOLDPRES.

The designated ministers will take their oath of office today at 2:30 PM in the presence of President Maia Sandu and Prime Minister Dorin Recean. The ceremony will take place at the Presidency.

Dan Perciun is a Member of Parliament from the Action and Solidarity Party, Adrian Efros holds the rank of Colonel in the National Army, and Andrei Spânu previously served as the Secretary-General of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova.

Last weekend, Prime Minister Dorin Recean announced the resignation of three ministers. They are Ana Revenco, Minister of Internal Affairs, Anatolie Topală, Minister of Education and Research, and Lilia Dabija, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development. Dorin Recean also stated that today he will propose the new nominations for the leadership positions in these three ministries to President Maia Sandu.
