Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu met with Marcin Czepelak, Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague, to discuss recent legislative progress in justice reform, anti-corruption efforts, and the strengthening of cybersecurity in Moldova.
Grosu highlighted that just days earlier, the Moldovan Parliament had approved the country’s accession to the Hague Convention for the Pacific Settlement of International Disputes, signed in 1907—a cornerstone of the international legal system.
“This accession grants us access to international mediation and arbitration mechanisms and sends a strong signal of Moldova’s diplomatic maturity and commitment to strengthening state neutrality,” Grosu emphasized.
