The parties forming the Patriotic Bloc—the Socialists, Communists, Heart, and Future of Moldova—announced they will not form any coalition with the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) in the next Parliament. The leaders of the four parties signed a pact confirming this commitment, IPN reports.
The bloc leaders also invited other political forces to join the initiative.
“The document is open to all who want change in the Republic of Moldova. We must be united and work for Moldova,” said Communist leader and former president Vladimir Voronin.
