Officers of the Fulger Special Forces Battalion and members of the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States performed demonstration jumps from a 350-meter height along the Floresti and Falesti towns perimeter.
The Defense Ministry’s press release states that two C-130 Hercules military aircraft of the US Army performed the jumps. During today’s action, the militaries will do live firing exercises at the Training Center in Balti.
According to the source, today’s action called “Swift Response” was part of the multinational exercise “Defender Europe 24,” which to develop the potential and raise the level of interoperability between the servicemen, as well as introduce modern techniques, methods, and procedures and collective military training.
