Presidential Decree: Larisa Miculet was appointed as the President’s Adviser for Citizen Relations

President Maia Sandu appointed Larisa Miculet as her adviser for public relations through a presidential decree. According to the Presidency, Miculet brings over 40 years of experience in legal and diplomatic service, with a long and diverse career in public service. Before this appointment, she served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to Ireland.

Throughout her career, she represented Moldova at high levels in diplomatic missions in Israel, Ireland, and the United Nations. She actively promoted human rights, fought organized crime, and strengthened Moldova’s international relations.

She also held senior roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. She spent over 25 years at the General Prosecutor’s Office, where she led the Directorate for European Integration and International Legal Cooperation.

Miculet holds a law degree from Moldova State University and completed advanced training programs in the United States and Germany. She carries the top diplomatic rank of Ambassador.
