Promo-LEX has launched its observation mission for the parliamentary elections scheduled on September 28, 2025. The organization’s experts and analysts will publish four interim reports and one final report, covering the entire electoral process.
The central Promo-LEX team develops these documents using their findings and data collected by 42 long-term observers (LTOs), including two who will monitor voting abroad. Additionally, a specialized team of nine monitors will track hate speech and discrimination throughout the campaign.
On election day, Promo-LEX will deploy 400 short-term static observers (STOs) and more than 400 STOs organized into 200 mobile teams to ensure comprehensive coverage. The mission will observe all voting stations in the Transnistrian region and approximately 100 polling stations abroad, with a particular focus on postal voting, the NGO representatives reported.

It marks the 30th election observation mission organized by Promo-LEX since 2009.
