EAVE, IMS, and CPH have officially announced the selection of projects within the CHANGE 2024/2025 program, an international co-production training for documentary films from the countries of the European Eastern Partnership. Among the eight selected projects is the documentary “Import/Export MD,” developed by Realitatea Press Group and produced by Sergiu Scobioala, being the only Moldovan initiative accepted in this edition.
“Import/Export MD,” directed by Max Ciorba, offers a broad X-ray of the Moldovan healthcare system, addressing deep and critical issues regarding access to healthcare, the challenges of medical professionals, and the conditions in the country’s hospitals.
The project, along with the seven others selected from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, and Ukraine, will participate in a series of co-production workshops starting in October 2024 in Chisinau and will conclude with an international screening at CPH, the renowned documentary film festival in Copenhagen, in March 2025.

The CHANGE program is a unique initiative launched through a collaboration between CPH, EAVE, and International Media Support. Its goal is to foster international collaborations and provide a platform for bold and diverse voices from the region. Participants receive mentorship from film professionals, which helps them develop skills in international co-production and prepare their projects for the global market.
