The Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) registered its list of deputies for the September 28, 2025, parliamentary elections, but the order does not automatically guarantee a comfortable majority. On the “In Depth” show on Pro TV Chisinau, party leader Igor Grosu addressed concerns about what the party will do if prominent figures—such as Master Nicolae Botgros, athlete Anastasia Nichita, or other deputies—cannot attend plenary sessions due to professional commitments. Grosu explained that the party has alternative options in place.

Regarding whether the PAS will govern alone or form a coalition, Grosu emphasized that the party remains open to consultations with opposition parties and hopes they propose constructive initiatives.

“We appeal for peace and to let go of grudges. Life continues after the elections. We await the validation of the results, and then we will sit down and discuss. European integration is our top priority. We remain open to consultations and hope they yield meaningful results. Until 2028, we don’t have much time—we must act quickly and stay focused on outcomes. I have always aimed for a constructive opposition,” Grosu stated.
