Students from the Republic of Moldova can pursue postgraduate studies at one of Europe’s most prestigious academic institutions, the College of Europe. Known for its Master’s programs in European studies, the College attracts students from over 50 countries, including Moldova.
According to EU4Moldova, the College offers 10-month Master’s programs from September to June at its campuses in Bruges (Belgium), Warsaw (Poland), and Tirana (Albania). Moldovan students can specialize in European interdisciplinary studies, economics, European law, EU diplomacy and international relations, European politics and governance, and European transformation and integration.
Moldovan students can apply for scholarships through the European Neighbourhood Policy, which covers tuition fees and living expenses. Additionally, the Natolin Campus in Warsaw offers scholarships for students focusing on history and journalism.
The application process for Moldovan candidates is open until January 15, 2025. After the online registration period, which runs from October to January 15, 2025, the pre-selection phase will begin. In January-February, the College will invite shortlisted candidates for interviews in March in Chisinau. The selection panel will include representatives from the College of Europe, the Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the EU Delegation.
Courses are taught in English and French, and students who need additional language support can attend the Summer Language Academy.

It prepares students for public service roles related to European integration and governance, specializing in political, economic, legal, and international processes.
