The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) approved several resolutions on Tuesday, August 26, concerning the parliamentary elections scheduled for September 28, 2025.
The CEC registered the list of 103 candidates of the Political Party “Our Party”, along with its electoral symbol, the party’s representative in the Commission, and the designated treasurer.
In addition, the CEC registered Tatiana Cretu as an independent candidate.

However, the Commission rejected the applications of two other independents:
- Natalia Clevadi, who collected only 65 valid signatures, far below the required 1,000 for female candidates.
- Igor Ianac, who presented 1,816 valid signatures, below the minimum threshold of 2,000.
The CEC also approved a modification to the candidate list of the “TOGETHER” electoral bloc, adding three new individuals.
Regarding election monitoring, the Commission accredited:
- 180 observers from the civil association Promo-LEX,
- 132 observers from the Union of Lawyers of Moldova,
- and 2 international observers from the Swiss Cooperation Office/Embassy of Switzerland in Moldova.
