The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) warns advertisers and political actors that only electoral advertising is permitted during the election campaign, which ends on September 26, 2025. The Commission bans all political advertising, including that of parties without the status of electoral competitors.
The CEC’s Regulation, approved by decision No. 1155/2023, required owners of fixed or mobile advertising devices to remove political advertising materials before the start of the campaign, specifically by August 29.
The CEC also emphasizes that only device managers who submitted declarations of intent by July 21, 2025, and received approval under decision No. 3686 on July 30, 2025, may broadcast electoral advertising.
