The Diaspora Relations Office has begun the registration of participants in the DOR-2024 Program

The Diaspora Relations Office (DRO) has commenced registration for the 12th edition of the DOR Diaspora Origin Return Program. Scheduled for August 14th to 23rd, interested individuals can submit their applications until May 28th.

This program welcomes children and adolescents aged 12 to 17 from both the diaspora and the Republic of Moldova, proficient in Romanian. Its primary objective is to fortify the emotional, cultural, and identity bonds among participants and their country of origin, Moldova.

Participation in the DOR program comes at no cost to attendees. All expenses are covered by the state budget, with participants responsible only for their travel to and from Moldova.

DRO has indicated that applicants from the Republic of Moldova will be chosen through a competitive selection process.

DOR stands as a unique initiative catering to the youth from both the Diaspora and Moldova, operating under the auspices of the Government of the Republic of Moldova, facilitated by the Diaspora Relations Office.
